Termination of Agreement

This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either the user or Dr. Chong Clinic at any time. Termination by Dr. Chong Clinic may occur without any prior notice resulting in a denial of access especially in the event of the users’ inability to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned above.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returned goods/products will be inspected with their respective receipts and are expected to be in good condition. Likewise, the packaging’s condition should be retained, in the shipping container originally received with. Used, opened, or damaged goods/products are ineligible for refunds. Dr. Chong Clinic is absolved of responsibility if the shipment is damaged or lost during transit. Refunds will be granted within 14 days of the goods/products having been verified.
